Purpose

Ok so the purpose of this blog is to keep me on track! I am tired of trying to lose weight and am looking for accountability. So here it is!!!

My goal:

Walk 30 mins atleast 3 days a week.
Do Pilaties atleast 3 days a week.
Cut back on sugar intake as well as other food intake.
Do not use food as a comfort when bored or depressed.
No more sodas or rather no more in my home. An occasional dinner treat is ok.
No more fast food just because I failed to plan. (this is also a financial goal)

So there it is. It has become increasingly dificult to lose weight since the twins. I have also discovered and irregularity in my thyroid. I have 2 appointments in March to check it out. One is a follow up and one is a second opinion. My goal is to do my best for the next 3 months, so I can take my results to the Doctors and hopefully make a decision.

So now it is out there for the world to see. I must follow through.
