Ok so today I am considering to be day one of my week. How appropriate for it to be on a Monday. So any way, I just wanted to report that I walked for 25 minutes today with a short jog from Troy street to California (that was about all I could handle) I plan to increase the amount of jogging I do. Baby steps for now. I also completed the 30 minute Windsor Pilates Buns and Thighs and let me just say.....ooooowwwww. I will hurt tomorrow but it will be worth it!!
Food for today has been ok, not the best, thanks to those chocolate covered raisins I found at the office. I plan not to splurge with dinner so hopefully I can counter act some of those raisins.
So anyway, here you go my progress!!
